Perspective Financial Group has bought another four advice firms, taking the group’s total to 12 acquisitions so far this year.
This matched the number of acquisitions made in the whole of 2022.
Since its founding 16 years ago, the company has completed 67 acquisitions and now has 31 offices across the UK, 110 financial planners and 410 staff.
The four acquisitions are Brighter Financial Services in Halifax, Airedale Personal Financial Solutions in Buckinghamshire, Granite Coast in Cambridge, and Brigham Wealth Management LLP in Harrogate.
Ross McFadzean, director of Brighter Financial Services, said: “We experienced tremendous growth since our founding in 2010, so we decided to access support from a larger firm.”
“This will provide long-term security for the provision of financial advice for our clients, career security for our staff, and the commitment to maintaining and growing an office in the area.”
He said one of the positive elements of the acquisition was access to the Perspective Academy, which would assist with growing the client bank and ensure a strong future for the firm.
Meanwhile, Norman Foley, director of Airedale Personal Financial Solutions, said: “Approaching retirement ourselves, we have turned our attention towards succession planning to ensure the future continuity of service to all our valued and loyal clients.

Firms
The four firms add a further 1,100 households as clients and £310mn in assets under management.

The firm bought HNH Financial Services in Huddersfield, Gould Financial Planning in Cardiff, and Financial Choices in Whitstable.
