Staples Corner Gets a New £1 Million Gym

The fastest-growing gym company in the UK, The Gym Group, has established a new, 24-hour training space in the city of Barnet, which is sure to be beneficial to the local population’s health and wellbeing.

The Gym, whose development cost more than £1 million, is now open, just in time for people to start the new year with fitness resolutions.

The Staples Corner location of The Gym London is convenient for nearby residents. More than 100 pieces of high-spec training equipment, spread out across 13,000 square feet, will be available to members at this, The Gym Group’s 200th UK training space. This equipment includes plate-loaded strength equipment, a large free weights area, Olympic lifting platforms, functional training spaces, and cardio machines.

Gym-goers may count on highly-skilled and experienced personal trainers to guide them toward meeting their individual fitness objectives. There are a variety of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and circuit training classes available at no additional cost to members. Members can take advantage of free parking in addition to the already reduced membership prices.

The opening of The Gym London Staples Corner will also boost the local economy by creating 10 new jobs in the areas of personal training, management, and housekeeping.

To ensure health and safety measures are taken in accordance with current government recommendations, the gym will maintain its ‘Safe With Us’ policy.
